8:00-8:30 | Serve & Return Practice
8:30-9:15 | Point-Based Drills & Match Scenarios
9:15-9:45 | Fitness, Footwork, & Recovery Exercises
9:45-10:00 | Mental Training, Cooldown, & Journaling
Week 1 & 5 & 9:
Forehand Domination & Serve Precision
Mastering forehand aggression and court positioning
Developing effective serve patterns and placement
Initiating points with serve-plus-one strategies
Week 2 & 6:
Defensive Skills & High-Percentage Play
Enhancing rally tolerance and shot selection
Executing defensive lobs and deep slice returns
Improving first-serve consistency under pressure
Week 3 & 7:
Net Play & Transition Tactics
Perfecting approach shots and volley techniques
Implementing serve-and-volley and chip-and-charge strategies
Understanding doubles formations and net positioning
Week 4 & 8:
Match Play Strategy & Mental Toughness
Constructing points with strategic intent
Practicing pressure scenarios and tie-breakers
Developing mental routines and resilience techniques
