Rozalina Youseva

Rozalina Youseva, originally from Bulgaria, began playing tennis at the age of six and quickly rose to become the No. 1 junior player in her country in every age group from 12 to 18.

She represented Bulgaria in all European Championships for eight consecutive years, winning over 40 national titles and reaching a career-high ranking of No. 53 in Tennis Europe U16.

In 2013, she also represented Bulgaria at the prestigious Orange Bowl and Eddie Herr International Junior Championships.

Rozalina continued her career on a full athletic scholarship at San Jose State University, where she competed for five years as a Division I athlete and was part of the team that won the Mountain West Conference Championship in 2021.

Coach Rozy worked as the full-time assistant tennis coach at San Jose State for the year of 2025. Prior to moving to Phoenix, she worked as a full-time coach at Kim Grant Tennis Academy.
