Sofia Helgstrand

Sofia was born and raised in Denmark, Copenhagen. She started playing tennis when she was 7 years old.

She started playing tournaments at her home town and several ITF tournaments.

She moved to Phoenix Arizona in 2014.

She played on the women’s tennis team for GCU and has an undergrad degree in psychology and an MBA is Business management .

She has a passion for teaching any age - kids and adults .

She has teaching experience from Europe and Hampton New York, and has been working for Seth Korey Tennis Academy since 2019.
